Rocket’s Make Your Own Experience® puts your team behind the still for a hands-on introduction to the wonderfully weird world of craft distilling.
Start with a welcome drink, head behind the scenes for a tour of our working distillery and then get down to the important business: creating your very own spirit.
And because no two colleagues are exactly alike, nobody has to make the same thing.
One person can make gin. Another can choose whisky. Someone else can head straight for the rum, brandy or Mexican agave spirit. Non-alcoholic gin is also available.

Rocket’s guided tasting experiences give corporate groups another way to discover our handcrafted ranges, learn a little along the way and find a few new favourites.
And yes, different people within the same group can choose different tasting experiences.
Some of your team could explore our gin range while others venture into Prohibition territory with whisky, brandy and rum.
We recommend keeping the number of different tasting options within a group manageable so the experience stays interactive, organised and fun.

Rocket does not have a commercial kitchen on-site, but you’re also welcome to arrange your own catering or bring along platters and snacks for your group.

Taking the team day somewhere else?
Rocket also offers mobile tasting experiences throughout Gauteng, bringing the tasting to your office, venue or event.
Mobile tastings are available for groups of 6 or more, with a R1,000 booking deposit plus an additional travel fee.
We don’t have dedicated conferencing facilities, but corporate groups are welcome to use our space for a meeting or presentation before the fun begins.
Arrive earlier, get the serious stuff out of the way, then swap spreadsheets for stills.
Please note that Rocket does not have built-in audiovisual equipment, so groups wanting to run a presentation will need to bring their own screen and projector.
You don’t need an official team-building exercise on the agenda to bring everyone together.
