Across five pairings, you’ll taste a changing selection of sparkling wines, usually including two MCCs and three sparkling wines, each matched with a macaron created specifically to complement the flavours in your glass.
The exact flavours may change, which is part of the fun. One tasting might lean fruity and fresh, another a little richer or more indulgent.
Either way, expect plenty of fizz, colour and a few “ooh, that works” moments along the way.

Rocket also opens selected Mix & Mingle dates to the public during the year, so smaller groups and individuals can book onto scheduled tasting dates without arranging a full private event.
