In the sun-drenched highlands of Jalisco, the agave plant takes years to mature. Skilled jimadors harvest the piñas, the hearts of the plant, with practiced precision. From there, each piña undergoes a meticulous transformation: roasting, shredding, fermenting, distilling.
At Rocket Distillery™, we honour this ancient craft with authentic production methods. Each bottle in The Jalisco Collection™ is a blend of true Mexican heritage and South African spirit, a cross-continental celebration of flavour, history, and adventure.
Mexican Agave Spirit (Blanco)
